After catching the legendary myth on camera at a young age, Dallas is called a fraud when he gets older. Being down on his luck and having no direction in life, he asks his two friends to return to Loveland, Ohio to see if he can prove that Frogman is real. However, after they arrive, they soon find that Frogman is more than just a local legend.
